Welcome to Banana Sandwich Season 3! We value freedom and banter, but we prioritize a healthy community. By playing here, you agree to these terms. Admin decisions are final.

1. Common Sense

The Loophole Clause: We are not a court of law. If you are "technically" following the rules but constantly instigating or ruining the fun, you will be removed. Net negative to the vibes = gone.

Respect: Light banter is encouraged, but hate speech, slurs, and excessive harassment are instant bans.

No Policing: See a rule break? Open a ticket. Don't scold others publicly.

Content Creation: Inform other players if you are live-streaming or recording voice chat while they are present.

2. PvP & Interaction

Consent is Key: PvP is only allowed if both players explicitly consent beforehand.

Grave Respect: If someone dies during consensual PvP, protect their items from despawning. Stealing from drops is a ban.

Pranks vs. Griefing: Pranks should be funny and reversible. Griefing (destroying builds, stealing items, killing pets) is banned.

3. Cheating, Mods & Exploits

Hacked Clients: X-Ray, Fly, Kill Aura, and Baritone are strictly banned.

The Seed: The world seed is not public. Using seed-crackers is cheating.

Litematica: Schematics & Easy Place allowed. Printer Mode is BANNED.

Allowed Dupes: TNT, Gravity Blocks, Carpets, Rails, String, Tripwire Hooks. Item duping = permanent ban.

Mechanics: Bedrock-breaking and auto-clickers are allowed.

4. Server Performance & Redstone

Don't Lag the Server: Staff can remove machines that ruin TPS.

On/Off Switches: Large redstone machinery must have an off switch.

Chunk Loaders: Allowed, but notify admins via ticket. Turn off when not in use.

AFK: May be kicked under high load. Do not use autoreconnect — temp ban.

5. Economy & Progression

Property Rights: Don't use farms or take loot without permission unless marked "Public" or "Free".

Abandoned Assets: Banned player's farms may be removed or auctioned by Staff.

🌱

Progression: Don't give advanced goods to fresh spawns. Let them experience the grind!

6. Environment & Building

📏

Build Distance: 500–750 blocks from Spawn (except Shopping District shops).

Resource Mining: Don't strip mine deserts or ice spikes near bases.

Damage Control: Repair creeper holes in Spawn area immediately.

Claims: Mark large build plans in claim-an-area to avoid conflicts.

Neighbor Notice: Alert players if building within 400 blocks.

Faction Rules

Simple rules to keep the server fair and active.

Keep it in Discord: All faction operations, planning, and recruiting must happen inside the Banana Sandwich Discord. External servers are for hanging out only.

No Spam, No DMs: Recruit only in designated channels. Never DM random players or spam general chat to find members.

No Bribery: Recruit based on your community vibes, not your loot. Offering powerful gear or money to entice recruits is banned.

Stay Active: Factions inactive for 30+ days risk deletion. Leaders must remain responsive to Staff.

Faction Progression

Step 1: Provisional Faction

Requirements:

3+ Active Members (including leadership)
Faction Name & Claimed Territory
Consistent in-game activity

Perks:

Discord Category: 4 Channels (#general, #rules, #coords, Voice)
Building Rights: Permission to construct a Town Hall or Embassy

Step 2: Official Faction

Requirements:

5+ Active Members
1 Month of continuous activity
$50 Total Faction Contributions (cumulative across all members)

Perks:

Discord Upgrade: Custom Role, Custom Icon, full Category management
Spawn Presence: Permanent Embassy at Spawn (includes Logo Map Art)
Lore Items: Up to 3 Custom Lore Items (unique names/descriptions)
Event Power: Priority invites & permission to host server-approved events
Visual Prestige: Custom In-Game Tag (Sponsors & Monthly Subscribers only)
NPC Guard: Three Mannequins setup in faction premises

Shopping District Rules

Mark Your Claims: Mark out the borders of your claims clearly with a sign with your name on them to prevent confusion and give spawn managers knowledge on who claimed what.

No Size Limits: There are no specific sizes or limits to plots — just be considerate and mindful of others.

Main Roads: Don't build on future main roads, i.e. directly North, South, East, or West of the SD portal.

Style: Matching the themes and styles of the builds around you is not necessary but would look cool!

Large Claims: When claiming large areas, move further away from the portal main area.

Grace Period: Claimed plots have a grace period of 3 days. If no progress has been made, your claim may be nullified by Spawn Managers' discretion. This prevents someone claiming a plot and not using it while forcing others to build further out.

Build First: All shops must be completed before selling of items can commence!
